Payment and Delivery

Delivery

We deliver our handmade timber products across Ireland and internationally.

• Within Ireland: Small orders are shipped via DPD courier. Parcel delivery starts at €15.00.

• Large or bulky items (e.g., garden furniture, planters) are sent via palletized road freight.

Important: Many of our products are delivered on pallets via a rigid truck. Please inform us in advance if your property has restricted access so we can arrange an alternative delivery option.

• International Deliveries: Orders outside the Republic of Ireland may incur a surcharge. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

• Lead Time: All products are made to order. Lead times are listed in the product description.

Payment

All payments for orders can be made using the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Card

• Bank Transfer

• Cash (on collection only — cheques not accepted for balance payments)

• Cheque (must clear at least 7 days before delivery or collection)
